Prodred (operated by Erigo Kreatif Innovations) respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This Policy explains how to report copyright issues regarding fashion designs, photography, and visual assets, and how we respond.

1) Ownership Recap

• You own your User Content. (e.g., your flat lays, ghost mannequin shots, design sketches, and patterns).

• Subject to law and third-party rights, you own Outputs. (The high-resolution visuals and videos generated by Prodred 2).

• Prodred owns the Services, software, and tools. (Including the fine-tuned AI engine and platform interface 3).

2) Repeat Infringer Policy

We may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others’ IP rights (e.g., uploading another brand's copyrighted designs or campaign photography without permission).

3) DMCA / Copyright Notices

If you believe content hosted on Prodred infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Copyright Agent with:

1. Your contact info.

2. Identification of the copyrighted work (e.g., the specific fashion design, fabric print, or photograph).

3. The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material within the Prodred platform.

4. A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.

5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act.

6. Your physical or electronic signature.

4) Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the Copyright Agent containing:

1. Your contact info.

2. Identification of the material and its location before removal.

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey and acceptance of service from the complaining party.

5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the complaining party files a court action within the period required by law.

5) Trademarks & Other Rights

For trademark or other IP concerns (such as the unauthorized use of brand logos in generated visuals), contact ip@erigokreatif.com with sufficient detail to identify the rights at issue.
